Im currently 32 weeks pregnant and have gained a total of 6-7 kgs approx post conceiving. My initial weight was 80 and now Im sitting at 86-87kgs. Do I have to worry about not gaining much weight as it can affect the baby's birth weight? What is the correlation? If it has a relation then how can I increase me pregnancy weight so that I can target on a healthy baby birth weight?
