I have taken HCG injection on 2nd Jan for egg rupture. On 4th Jan scan done and follicles from both ovaries got ruptured. Today was my period date so I took pregnancy test and it came positive. Am I pregnant or is it because of the HCG injection.

Today is 18 January. You took HCG injection on 02 January. No HCG injection will give a positive pregnancy test after 16 days of injection. So the chances are that you are pregnant. For further confirmation please get beta HCG level done.
