You should do beta HCG test 3 weeks after sexual intercourse. If you had only one intercourse during this time then calculation is easy. If you had two encounters during this time then first test should be today and second test 3 weeks after the last sexual intercourse.

Irrespective of the day of intercourse bhcg can be done on day 37 counting from day one of the periods last
