Pregnancy symptoms stopped at 8w 2d

Hello Doctors, My wife is 8week 4 days pregnant. We did first USG on 6th week, all reports are fine as per our doctor. My wife had pregnancy related symptoms like nausea, morning sickness, vomiting etc. She is taking progesterone twice a day and folic acid. But from past 2 days all pregnancy related symptoms stopped suddenly. Kindly tell if this is normal? Is there anything to worry about?
