Dear madam, warm wishes. Currently you are suffering from gestational diabetes or you were diabetic prior to pregnancy. In any case your random blood sugar ( RBS ) should be less than 140 mg/dl. Your fasting blood glucose should be less than 100 mg/dl or 110 mg/dl and Post prandial blood sugar ( PP ) should be less than 140 mg/dl. You have not mentioned which type of insulin you are on. I can help you out since controlling the blood sugar with the help of INSULIN is too easy. Kindly contact me or se your gynaecologist as soon as possible. Regards.
