Hi doc am not able to sleep left or right side .in my middle of depth sleep am sleeping straightly/sleeping on back... Is that fine??? Am carrying 3rd month .

Yes. It is fine. This concept of sleeping on one side came in 1977. Surely people were having babies earlier also.
