Pregnancy risk query
I have had protected intercourse in 17th august. There were no messing around we strictly did it protected. I checked the protection later and it didn’t look like it had holes in it.
My LMP was 26th July. My usual cycle is 26-30 days. Today was suppose to be my first date of period but I am late. is there a risk of pregnancy? Or if there was any hole and i didnt notice?

There are chances of pregnancy even after protected intercourse, though rare but can happen. Sometimes periods might get irregular due to stress or hormonal disturbances too but as you have said your cycles have always been regular, you can take a urine pregnancy test just to be sure a week after your expected date of periods.

Since you had properly protected intercourse and the condom was intact, the risk of pregnancy is very low. A slight delay in periods can also happen due to stress, hormonal changes, or cycle variation.
