Go for NIPT or Amniocentesis. Need close monitoring of pregnancy considering Type 1 diabetes

Both are high risk markers dear with type 1 diabetes Please get an AMNIOCENTESIS done to confirm the diagnosis and then as per the results u can decide further what needs to be done
