Pregnancy report interpretation

During the pregnancy test, the report came as pregnant. However, it talks about increased "Normal pregnancy, Gestational trophoblastic disease, Choriocarcinoma, some Germ cell tumors and Hydatidiform mole" and decrease in "Threatened abortion and Ectopic pregnancy". Is this something to be scared about. Really worriedd
