Hello Sir / Mam I have go through dual marker test for twice time as There is some problem in my report that is Trisomy 21 is positive in first time that is 1:77 after that again I go through with the test then ratio in second test was 1:176.. Kindly go through with my reports. It's a humble request plzzzz it would be great help for me.. My doctor has asked me for NIPT TEST.. What are your suggestions? Plz help I am soo tensed. Thank you in advance

Repeat dual marker test is nor required. Amniocentesis to be considered for confirmation.

No need to repeat dual marker , quadruple marker and NIPT test ,go for amniocentesis for confirmation .

Ur concerns are genuine Rather than repeating the same test again going again for a screening test is not advisable Both dual test n nipt are screening tests though with better sensitivity You should go for a diagnostic test aminocentesis
