I have a prolonged bleeding for more than 7 days, but periods are regular, does it mean I am not ovulating? I was diagnosed and had normal cyst on left ovary, but doctor said absolutely not to worry, and she said the cyst gets cleared on its own,it has nothing to do with pregnancy, and the prolonged periods are may be due to hormonal imbalance, she said me to do physical activity and have a good diet, its been 6 months since I married, trying for baby, but everytime I get my periods on time 28days.please help
