Iam 33 weeks 1 day pregnant..I am not putting up weight...does it affect my baby? Growth scan was done on 31 weeks which shows baby weighs 1.8kg..i have frequent urination at night and sleeplessness.what should I do to gain weight?

If your baby's weight is adequate u need not worry about ur weight gain... Eat a healthy balanced diet avoiding junk, this itself is sufficient to have a healthy pregnancy... Increased urination in the last trimester combined with backache is a common symptom especially with the cold climate now.. so that's nothing to worry about.. do back strengthening exercises, antenatal yoga, stretches to reduce the pain so that ur sleep will improve

your baby’s weight is adequate..so nothing to worry frequent urination and sleeplessnes becomes common in later part of pregnancy..also not putting excess weight in pregnancy is good

Only the weight of a baby in the ultrasound is not important The weeks AC is corresponding to is what is important Increase protein intake in your diet Frequent urination could be a sign of urinary tract infection You should get a test called urine routine to rule out infection
