Bleeding during pregnancy is never normal. In the first trimester the reasons are different. I will not like to encourage self medication by discussing the causes of bleeding in the first trimester. When you are pregnant you should have a Gynaecologist who will be monitoring you. Please tell him/her your problem and let him decide how to help you

Bleeding should not be there throughout the pregnancy. Get ultrasound done for confirmation of pregnancy. Take rest and progesterone support. Avoid heavy work and long distance traveling.
