Pregnancy on birth control

I have been using Crisanta since January 2024. I had my last pill on 20th March and got my period on 26th March. I started a new pack on 29th March and had unprotected intercourse on 30th March, while I was still experiencing light period bleeding. I am continuing my pill pack as usual, and the period has not yet stopped completely. As I started the pack a couple of days late - is there a a need to take emergency contraceptive?

No need to take emergency pill. Start oral contraceptive pill from day 2 of every period.

Emergency pills have a high failure rate you can be pregnant despite one Ideally you need to take the packet from day one of the periods You started taking it from day 4 In a 30 day cycle day 5 the day you had intercourse was not fertile period
