On 49 Th. (7 weeks ) sonography, only sac seen , no embryo.! But on 50 Th. morning i got heavy pregnancy symptoms like nausea and vomiting all day .! Before this i dnt have pregnancy symptoms So its h blighted ovum or there is chance of embryo ll seen
