Pregnancy not showing on ultrasound

Hello doctors! I am 9 weeks pregnant but scan is showing nothing. What could be the reason. Please help. My beta HCG is 1361. Ultrasound findings are : The uterus is retroverted & bulky; measures 10.0 x 4.6 x 6.2 cm Myometrium shows homogeneous echotexture. Endometrium is thickened, thickness measures 12 mm. Heteroechoic contents are seen in endometrial cavity, measuring 23 x 11 mm with vascularity.No obvious gestational sac like structure s een Right ovary measures 3.4 x 2.9 x 3.6 cm; volume 19.7 cc is bulky and shows a corpus luteal cyst of size 13*9 mm. A heterogeneously hypoechoic right adnexal lesion is seen measuring 1.5 x 0.5 x 1.4 cm,. separately visualzied from right ovary . . Left ovary measures 3. 7 x 1.5 x 3.4 cm; volume 10.4 ccLVnormal in size and normal in parenchymal echopattern. A heterogeneously hyperechoic left adnexal lesion is seen measuring 1.5 x 1.1 cm with peripheral vascularity; separate from left ovary.

Repeat b hcg after 48 hrs from previous test to see if it is a healthy pregnancy.
