Pregnancy not detected in USG

Hello doctor, My LMP is 15 oct 2022. Tested with urine in home kit on 20 nov which came positive. Unfortunately i started bleeding today and went for a scan. The doctor said there is no visible pregnancy also ruled out ectopic and I am bleeding like period. Is this a chemical pregnancy.. kindly suggest what needs to be done Thanks
