Hi I am 29years 13 weeks pregnant On my recent appointment with my gynaecologist She changed few medicines She added supracal 2000 and fol123 MF I visited the pharmacy And he suggested that supracal 2000 and FOL123 MF both contains equal does of Methylcobalamin He told me to check once. So now I am taking SHELCAL AND FOL123 MF Is it fine ???

There is no problem. Any excess cobalamin in the body gets removed in urine.
