So it has been now 3 weeks today. Around 5-6 april i was confirmed through a beta- hcg test that i was pregnant and 4-5 weeks LMP but ultrasound showed no gestational sac. After two i started heavy bleeding which my doctor infered as a miscarriage and gave a dose of misoprostrol. After taking misoprostrol i was feeling normal. And now since past 2 days i am having pain in my lower back and uterus and now it started bleeding. Don't know what it is. Please help.!!!

Is this the first bleeding episode after misoprostol because that might be due to it. If it is the first one its fine. But if it is like another get an usg pelvis and abdomen done
