It's being 25 days I have missed my periods and sometym I feel like vomitting also and if I travel anywhere or if I do some extra work there is white thick discharge so is it all are symptoms of pregnancy or when to do pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy

Yes definitely all these are signs of pregnancy. Get a pregnancy test kit from a pharmacy and you can do the test right away. Consult a gynaecologist near you for further management
