Hello, i m 39weeks pregnant. My right foot is swollen. So i checked bp its showing 140/90. Should i contact doc immediately? Any danger to the baby?

No more than 90 diastolic is high in pregnancy.inform your doctor but don’t panic.watch for baby movements,any headache,blurring if vision or pain in epigastric region.givr your urine sample for proteinuria.

Restrict salt ,, your BP is high bot not alarming. Take medicine for BP ??? If swelling is in only one leg then it is due to pressure on some vessels, normal for advance pregnancy
