Hcg level dropping : please suggest next steps to follow Hcg level : 190 on day 39 and 160 on say 42 Also after how many months can start planning pregnancy or any risk if its non viable pregnancy

Monitor beta HCG till it's negative. It's a failing pregnancy. U can monitor beta HCG weekly. U can start planning pregnancy after 3 months of negative beta HCG whenever you are ready

Repeat bhcg till thy fall to less than 50 as already answered Plan after 6 months as ur 27 This seems to be a biochemical pregnancy
