Was your APLA test done before pregnancy? There is also a option of laparoscopic cerclage in pregnancy but as second time it was a twin pregnancy, which is already high risk I m not suggesting that now.. Yes you can take progesterone inj weekly once along with oral dose up to 30 weeks . But first do a NT scan and Downs screening .after the cerclage you can start Tab Aspirin 75 till 30 weeks .
