Pregnancy doubt beta HCG

Hlo doctor I have one doubt plzz clear it I haven't done intercourse but my bf fingering me on 13 September and 25 September I was not sure is their any semen on his hand or no but I have done beta HCG blood test two times      :1 on 27 October result (<0.100) : 2 on 12 december result (0.72) So I have doubt is their any chances of pregnancy here in my case I attached both result here
