Hello doctor I need some suggestions on pregnancy. We are planning for a baby.So I need some help on how I can conceive. We are planning from 3 to 4 month and my period date is 28 of every month and in this current feb month it falls on 14. Attached is report for your easy reference.

At age 34 you need detailed investigations to find out the reason for your inability to conceive since you have tried for 3 to 4 months already They ultrasound mentions two things Polycystic ovarian syndrome The only treatment of this is  to exercise and maintain a healthy body mass index Cervicitis which needs evaluation in the form of Perspeculum examination and a papsmear
