Fallopian tubes opened using laparoscopy and got pregnant naturally within six months. 1. Wanted to know if there is any difference between natural pregnancy and pregnancy after laproscopy. Any special care/precautions to be taken. 2. Is it safe to travel in 7th month of pregnancy via train for 15hrs approx
