Pregnancy is not affected by chocolate cyst should be healthy. There is no way to prevent ectopic pregnancy. Get in touch with a gynaecologist in person or online for timely ultrasound to diagnose any complications early. And MRI is safe in pregnancy. It doesn't involve any radiation. CT scan is contraindicated.
