Hi doc. Actually am planning for pregnancy after 4months .am using shall sugar free pellets for coffee and tea. Shall I continue that sugarfree pellets or shall I stop taking.? My doubt is, sugar free pellets Green tea Coffee and tea These three are good for pregnancy.? Shall I stop all these for pregnancy or after pregnant shall I stop.??
