Hi doctor, my wife had a c section few days back but unfortunately baby did not survive due to premature complications. want to know when it is good to retry for.next pregnancy and are there any life threatening risk?

If it is the Caesarean section you should wait for a minimum of one year before you attempt the next pregnancy. The uterus should get some time to heal. A pregnancy too soon after a Caesarean operation will put the patient in danger of a rupture uterus in the next Pregnancy.
