My 1 month old baby has this on his one ear.. There is no fluid or pus there... I am so tensed.. What to do? Will it affect him in future..

No need to to worry,if it gets infected antibiotics can be given .At later stage it can be operated.

As of now nothing to do ... if it has any pus discharge then it needs intervention  .. it can become infected anytime bt not much to worry as of now...
