Hi there, can you please suggest high protein pre-workout diet.Am a type 2 diabetic with 140 pre lunch..

Your prelunch sugars is high. You should increase dose of metformin up to 2 gm per day if you can tolerate. You should prefer dietary source of protein over supplements. In veg diet you can go for pulses and Paneer. If you are non vegetarian you can have eggs, chicken, meat
