Need a root canal in pre molar. Laser or non laser ? Will laser treatment also need anaesthesia

Hey hi root canal treatment always need Anasthesia .. it’s laser r. Non laser If it’s endolase ..than no need If it’s soft tissue same laser if they using than u need Anasthesia Antibacterial

Hi.. Good morning.. I suggest to go with laser as it's known for its painless treatment option.. And.. Anesthesia always depends on your sensitivity to the treatment.. Not a compulsory thing to follow.. And if followed too.. It's a mild local anesthesia.. I guess that wouldn't be calculated as anesthesia as such..
