Dr today I done USG test as my report CRL -6mm, MSD -18mm, yolk sac -4mm , FHR -105/bpm Somatic size-6 weeks 3 days. Single fundal reduced volume sac seen containing embrio and yolk sac with poor decidual reaction .. What does it mean?is it ok?if not what to do?

Repeat the sonography again after one week. Frankly there is no action on your part which can increase the volume of fluid in the Yolk sac. You should take Progesterones under guidance of some Gynaecologist.
