PP Sugar Checked at Home

I am diabetic. I tested PP Sugar in my personal machine (Contour) 2 hours post lunch. First blood drop gave a output of 136. I repeated the test after 3 mins and got a result of 122. Which score is reliable ? Is the score within acceptable range ?

Both ppbs are under normal limits. Do not check your ppbs with Glucometer it gives 20% error. Check FBS PPBS HBA1C in lab.
