I never had a vision problem but off late due to extensive working hours..I got my eyesight checked.. And I've a negative 0.25 power in both my eyes.. Shall I go for spectacles?

No need for glasses for -0.25D. If you have extensive computer use than follow 20-20-20 exercise for computer vision syndrome. Every 20 mins take 20 sec brake , blink 20 times and look at a distant object to relax your constantly working near muscles..
