Postpartum pcod

I am a feeding mother of 2.5months girl baby, delivered via emergency c section, recently got diagnosed with pcod but i didnt have any prior medical complications or pcod before pregnancy and during pregnancy how should i approach this?

Do nothing for the moment . Just concentrate on taking care of your baby and yourself . Don’t eat the ghee and ghee ka laddu . Try to stay slim . Any added weight will cause more problem to PCOD Just checking your blood suar and weight .

They only treatment of pcos ( it's not a disease its a syndrome) is to exercise and maintain a healthy body mass index
