Age-33 2 times c sec done March 2021 and aug 2026 Medical history- anti tpo positive taking 25 mcg thyronorm and iron calicum medicine taking No bp no sugar Weight before preg-53 current weight-64 kg Height-152 com Query- from when my periods restart(ends in 43 days after c sec) From when should i start breathing core execise to heal my diastatic rectii( stomach muscle seperation) After 1 c sec i had muscle seperstion issue and i healed it with home exercise, Now this time my stomach looks like same like i am 6 month pregnant. When you touch the stomach it is tight and hard while you stand and sit And when you lying down stomach becomes soft and loose.
