Today is day 38 since the date of Caesarean. The bleeding should have stopped by now. Please consult with your Gynaecologist with your latest Hb report. You may need a sonography of the lower abdomen and the medicine started after that.

Periods can continue regularly or irregularly after 45 days following delivery Itching would be because of fungal infection or because of worms You can take a course of deworming and connect for a prescription For constipation you should concentrate on a high fibre diet You should continue taking calcium supplements till you are breastfeeding

Bleeding that's still flowing normally past four to six weeks after a C-section needs your obstetrician to check for a cause. That's a separate issue from your stool symptoms.
Next Steps
Please book a check-up soon, since an ultrasound can help see what's keeping the bleeding going. For the itching and pain passing stool, ask your doctor to check for a possible tear or hemorrhoids from delivery.
Health Tips
You're already on thyroid medicine and iron, so mention both issues to whoever is treating you before restarting anything you paused.
