Hi doc.. I'm 13 weeks and in NT scan reports say posterior placenta reaching up to internal os.. I have a travel coming up in few days 4-5 hrs journey by car..my doc suggested few things which I'm following.. but I'm now told to stop all progesterone tabs both orally n vaginally so I'm scared stopping tablets n travel coming up should not cause me any issue.. pls suggest steps n about progesterone if I should take till I complete travel

Travel only if you can't do without it. Progesterone has no role after 12 weeks.

Your doctor has suggested to stop Progesterone tablets , that’s okay. Progesterone was given in early days to support pregnancy, later in your low lying placenta it would not be very useful. Don’t worry the placenta usually shifts a little higher with increasing gestational age . You could travel , but avoid jerky transport.
