Not all patients of pain in knee need surgery. Most of them can be managed without surgery. Preoperative physiotherapy make post operative  results better.

Ask your surgeon. He will make some arrangements for you at your place. If you are able to pay they will come to your house everyday . Private physiotherapy is also available
