Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

In my opinion this kind of conditions occur due to lack of fluid intake... u can increase the fluid quantity... followed by tab. Evion 400mg once at night before bed...for a month... if pain still persist u can also go for a new technique known as dry needling in which a needle will be inserted into the calf muscle to overcome the muscular spasm or cramp...followed by cold fermention followed by calf stretching.. get well soon take care
Next Steps
Start the medicine immediately followed by fluid intake...
