Hello. It need not be always. You need to concentrate to improve your overall health. Use 10ml of melted ghee with hot water 20ml on empty stomach 1hr before breakfast. This helps improve absorption of micro nutrients from food. Secondly do regular suryanamaskar and pranayama for 20 mins daily. Use aswagandha rasayana 1 hr before bed followed by hot milk. This will definitely help improve your condition.
