Septoplasty done before 3 weeks...I m using salt spray to clean the nose but problem is whenever I spray, my eyes get wet. Is it normal? How much time it will take to stop secretions?

You tears drain into the nose via the nasolacrimal ducts. So it is natural to have some lacrimation while doing nasal washes. It should settle down within 2-3 minutes.
