Post Pterygium Surgery

I underwent pterygium surgery 2 weeks ago. Now the conjunctival autograft looks like a red bump. It’s not painful, but it looks bad. Please check the attached photo. Is it a concern that my eye is still red and there is a red bump where the grafting was done? Generally how many days it's looking Red?

There should not be a conjunctival bump after the post pterigyum surgery.
