Post partum complications

I had my first delivery 4 years before. It was normal till the day of delivery. Induced labor and finally ended in C section as my son was in distress. water did not broke and dilated only upto 1 cm. In 24 hrs developed kidney failure, heart pumping went slow and water retention in lungs. Cardiologist told that the cardiomyopathy is not primary and it is due to kidney failure and some infection as bp went high. The same hospital had a similar case, a week before my delivery and I suspect of any wrong medication. Now I badly want to have a second baby and my husband is afraid of the recurrence. He says a gynec told it is 50% chances. I know we cannot predict body reactions, but still considering a normal pregnancy for my previous 10 months would like to know if we can have a second one.

Consult to gynaecologist and as well as to cardiologist .If pregnancy is life-threatening for you then don't proceed. What was the cause of Renal failure .So  many complications you have faced so don't take risk.
