I had a menupause in 2014, after that in 2017 i have post menupause bleeding,so gynecology suggested me to undergone a D&C and the tissue sent for cancer test but the result was negative after a year from yesterday it is bleeding with stomach pain and breast pain... Is there any possible i have cancer..?? Do i need to remove my Uterus?

Any postmenopausal bleeding has to be investigated. Its not only due to cancer there are other causes also. Do an ultrasound pelvis and then further management can be decided upon.
