I have done my annual health check. Ultrasound pelvis shows the endometrium thickness 4mm. I have no bleeding problems. Is this measurement normal. Do I need to consult a gynaecologist.

The endometrial thickness is appropriate for your age. One more thing that you need to get checked is your cervical cytology. It can be done by a PAP smear test with help of your gynaecologist. He/She will collect a PAP smear by performing a per speculum examination. If report turns out to be negative, repeat it 3 yearly till you turn 60 in order to prevent cervical cancer.
Next Steps
PAP smear.
