Post dental surgical extraction medicine
I have got removed my lower wisdom tooth, by surgical extraction 3 days ago, which was horizontally growing.
I was using Aceloflam along with below medicines.
Now I m using chymoral forte and olox-oz.
Can i use Serax forte now or Aceloflam itself for pain relief? Which one is advised.
Surgical extraction of wisdom tooth takes time to heal. The pain might peak between 48-72 hours and then gradually subside.
Acelofam is good for pain relief medication. Although, you might consider taking Ketorol DT as well if the pain increases.

Health Tips
Apply ice pack to the extraction site, externally, as many times you can.
Take soft diet for 3 to 4 days.
After 72 hours, start doing lukewarm salt water rinse 3 to 4 times a day.

Aceclofam can be used for pain relief. However, I would recommend you call your treating dentist or surgeon before modifying or adding any medications to your regimen as he/she would be able to best advise based on your treatment plan and medical history
