After C section mostly womens complaint all these...incresing weight after any delivery is normal but its around 3 yr so u have to make some changes in ur diet and some excercise to reduce ur weight...for that i have to know ur height and ur current weight....dont go to gym n all that it will increase ur problem....in diet try to take liquid diet and fruits as much as possible...if u have hunger of 3 chapatis take 2 chapatis...gastric problem means u have acidity??

For drinking use warm water only...and drink water in copper lota after kepping atleast one hour...

Tab Yograja guggulu 2 tab three times a day
Aarogyavardhini 2 tab three times a day
Shatavari churna 1 tsp two times a day with milk
Avipattikar churna 1 tsp in afternoon before meal with water..
Dashmul kwatha 3 tsp these medicine with e tsp luke warm water
Pindha taila for local application at site of pain

Do 20 crunches 2 times in a day it takes only 5 to 8 mins...
Search for Plank excercise on you tube and try to do that it will also help to decrease ur tummy...
and eat food only when u have hunger avoid junk foods and all... and try to avoid having a indigestion....
