I recovered frome covid since 1 month ago..now my d dimer test value shows 0.70 ..do I need blood thinner?during onset of covid this value was 0.75

D-Dimer concentration may be determined by a blood test to help diagnose Thrombosis . Normal range of D-Dimer is less than 0.5 mg/L . Yes , You have a need of Blood thinner . Take a blood thinner according to Physician advice .
